Kreep is an offline-first application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our servers. All your data stays on your device.

We do not collect any personal information, usage data, or analytics. The application operates entirely locally on your device.

2. Local Data Storage

All notes and passwords created within the app are strictly stored locally on your device using your device's secure storage mechanisms (such as iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) and encrypted databases. We (the developers) have no access to your data.

3. Permissions

The app requires specific permissions to function correctly. These permissions are used solely for the following purposes:

Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID): Used strictly to unlock the app locally. Biometric data is processed by the device's operating system and is never accessed by or transmitted to the app or developer.
File/Storage Access: Used only when you explicitly choose to export or import backups of your notes.

4. Data Security

Your notes are encrypted before being stored. Access to the app is protected by your master password and/or biometric authentication. Since we do not transfer data over the internet, your data is not exposed to network-based threats while using the app.
